Q: I already have a business phone number, can I use that?
Yes, but we need to port that number into our system and for that we will have to pay at least $60 to the current owner of that number
Q: I want to forward the incoming 416 number to long distance number, is that possible?
Yes, but long distance charges will apply and you will have to pay for them. It's much like the way an 1800# would work.
Q: Can I control where my phone numbers are forwarded to?
You, can email/phone the front desk with a change request. It will take several hours to before it takes effect, and it will cost $5/change. Optionally, you can obtain $35/month phone adapter -this will allow you to control your own phone forwarding.
Q: Can we get a long distance phone number as our company number?
Yes we can. It depends on the area code. We can make a request to find our whether we can get that particular area code number. It will take at least 5 business days to set this up.
Q: How much is it for 1800 numbers?
Its $9/number + long distance charges. Its 7 cents/ minute for all of USA and Canada.
Q: How long will it take to get a number?
24 hours. If the client really wanted a number right away please contact the IT person, sometimes we have recently canceled numbers available.
